A New BlogTitle GIF

Hello all...I am still trying to find time to animate, I need to work at night b/c of the amount of natural light in my kitchen and haven't had many late nights recently, but it is my priority...the next big revelation here will be clips, I promise...in the meantime I've spent my afternoons working on a new GIF banner web title thingy, let me know what you think, and please tell me if it is causing any weirdo problems with the blog template :)

edit: Should the gif keep looping, or should I change the settings to play once?

Very cool, Jeffery, how did you put your own art into the Blogger template? Only answer if it's easy to say, don't put in any work. I should Google for that, I just thought I'd ask in case you'd say, create a gif and paste it after the blankity.

I dig it Jeffery, I like how you have Nola in black & white and Jenny in a green tint... except for the eye - nice touch.

Do I see the beginnings of a cinematic title sequence?

WOW! Cool as always man!
I think it's OK to keep it looping...

Shelley: you can go to the template, and look for some brackets called "blog name" or something like that...Change that for an '<>img="">' thingy, to put a pic, a gif, a flash file, or whatever...

Maybe you'd like to check Jefrey's or my blog's code to see where the thing is.

Hope it helped!

Thanks, Ale. I'll give it a try one day.

Jeffery, I say keep it looping or hitting at random, so people won't miss any of them.

SHelley, I made each frame in photoshop (about 600 x 300 px, put it together in Easy Gif Animator, uploaded it to photobucket.com, which gives you template tags etc for whatever you put in your album...copied the tag and pasted it into my template around where it says 'blog title', in the code area at the end of the blogger template...mostly I figured all of this out on my own by experimenting with changing bits of the template code, to see what would happen...you can preview changes without saving them...you should go and fiddle :)
I tried out a few quotes, all lovecraft, but decided on this one...the two runners up were "That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange eons even death may die." and "I have seen the dark universe yawning, where the black planets roll without aim, where they roll in their horror unheeded, without knowledge or lustre or name."

Shelley, you can also search photobuckets forums for tips on how to code certain things, for example, if you want to upload a bunch of pictures to photobucket then have them scroll across the screen, or play in a slideshow on your blog, they give you the code, tell you how to futz with it, and where to paste it in your template....
Thanks Mefull Ale n Mike :D

Thanks bunches. That'll be good.

I think Lovecraft just had the goods, right? People who are talented can kindly try to codify and share their process but in the end... it's simply a gift they possess.
