Nola 2, Mostly Done...

Here she is, mostly finished...the boots need a bit more work, and she needs a new scarf, but other than that I think she's fini! Nola Test Puppet #2, ready for take-off.
Looks like a little Russian orphan or something...I like...

Oh Jeffrey that's looking SO good! REally!
I'm just wondering if you're adding a little color to the scarf?????? Wouldn't it be cool?

(Maybe I lost this, but is the film in color?)

Everything you're doing has some Burton style touches I freakin love, so keep rockin'!

Thanks man...the films gonna be mostly b/w....may have a touch of color, some greens, in the underwater shots...the scarf is going to be black and white stripes...I decided to go with a dark coat cause I think I can get some good dramatic lighting and shadows, with just her face, hands, and buttons showing...

If it's B&W its a good thing you put white buttons on the coat - should read pretty well. I like the white stitching on the coat cuffs too.

Nola 2 is looking good!

Ha! I don't know how you did it but man, you got The Funny into this version too! I snickered upon opening the blog and seeing her pop up. Looking great!

Izzzz cuuuuute!

Hey, could you say more about how you made the coat and the boots? The coat has a look to it that's very close to what I want to be putting some of my own pups in...

And those boots -- nice! It always seems like you've got a really good grasp on textures.

She doesn't know what she is in for.

She's starting to grow on me. I'm really liking the coat.

"She's starting to grow on me."

You lie. You hate her don't you? ;)
Once she starts a movin' and a groovin' you'll realize its just Nola with a coat on. And you'll be one of only a handful of people who know that underneath all those layers, she's a skinny little bean pole :P

Thanks for your everlasting support everyone.

Sven, I'll definitely post more about the coat...comprehensive coverage upon completion (cool...5 points for alliteration :)
