Unearthed - Cafe Bead Tree

Ive decided to spruce up the cafe set a bit, given the amount of detail I put into the alley set. I'm adding a second table and chairs, the back wall of the cafe, and beyond the patio railing, a bead tree. During Mardi Gras season, trees along the parade routes serve as bead catchers.....

yay! one of the things i'm really enjoying about your animation is how rooted in new orleans it is. so i'm glad you're revising your sets to give them more local character. 'cuz in a way, they do become characters!

Gretchin, well said! I'm definitely enjoying giving my sets 'character' :)

Shelley, that there's a 'T nut' or more specifically, a three-pronged t-nut. I get them in the hardware dept at Lowes (just wander through that dept and you'll see tons of potential tie-downs!)....I pre-drilled the hole in the branch, about 1/2", then hammered in the nut, added a dab of glue for extra security.

Paul, the brick wall is recycled from the alley set, shhhhhhh ;)
